Registering to play with Cobras SC
When can I register to play football with Campbelltown Cobras SC?
Registrations open from 2 January, 2025 and will remain open until 30 June 2025 or until teams are full, whichever occurs first.
We’ll be having a meet and greet in late February where players and families will finalise training days and times, as well as confirm coaches. Our club is run entirely on volunteers and we are always looking for new coaches and team managers. Volunteers are well supported and we encourage you to put your hand up if you’re interested.

I’m interested in MSAP. Is registration different?
Registration for the Macarthur Skills Acquisition Program (MSAP) with Cobras SC is also via Play Football. However, trials are held in December/January for players with offers being made directly by the club. Please send all queries regarding MSAP to president@cobrassc.com.au .
What age group should I be in?
Players register for the age that they are turning in the current calendar year. For example, if a player is born in 2015 and turning 10, they will register for the Under 10s. Players can register and play for teams up to 2 years older (e.g. the above player could register for Under 11s or Under 12s) but cannot register or for a younger team.

What do my registration fees cover?
Registration fees cover all regulatory and association fees for Football Australia, Football NSW, Macarthur Football Association and Campbelltown Cobras SC. From 2025, your registration also includes a discounted rate for match fees.
Can I pay match fees separately?
No. Match fees have been incorporated into our registrations for 2025. These are payable on registration through Play Football.
When does the season begin?
The season begins in mid-March with 2 weeks of friendly trial matches against other clubs in the region. The season officially kicks off at the end of March/beginning of April each year.
When do you train?
Miniroos and most competition teams train one night per week, on a date selected by the team to work within the majority of families and their schedules. These days are selected during meet and greet in February. Training is typically for 1 hour.
MSAP teams have two training sessions per week.

Where do you train?
Training will take place at either Riley Park or Hurley Park, based on your team’s allocation. Both fields are within a short few minutes drive of one another.
What equipment do I need?
Campbelltown Cobras will provide players with a playing jersey for the season. Players return this jersey at the end of their last match for 2025.

How do I register?
Registration is through Play Football. Click here to register now!Please note, registration is managed entirely through Play Football. You will need a valid credit/debit card for payment on registration.
